Dream Journals
Remembering your dreams is a tricky thing to do, but can be very informational. A good way to do this is to document what you remember immediately after you wake up in a dream journal. This paper will be the textblock for future dream journals available on Etsy.
It will be interesting to see if being up to my elbows in this pulp makes me sleepy!

Lavender - relaxes and improves sleep. Stops bad dreams.
Dandelion - the root promotes psychic dreams and prophecy.
Mugwort - increases awareness during dreams. Stimulates lucid dreaming and psychic sensitivity.
